Helen is a Calgary based actor, performer, writer, and sometime kitchen-dancer. She was trained at the Playhouse North School of Theatre.

Her passion for performance-creation was ignited while working on “The Change Project” (Beyond Closed Doors Prod.) in 2010, and she continues to seek out projects that elicit both thought and social change.

Her past theatrical credits include Chicky in “Bone Cage” (Downstage Theatre) for which she was nominated for a Betty Mitchell award; Queen, in “Salome’s Clothes” (Sage Theatre, IGNITE!); Dr. Susan Foreman in “This Waking Moment” (Fire Exit Theatre); and Mrs. Van-Tassel in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” (Storybook Theatre).
